Vacancies:
1-Strategic workforce analyst. (Jeddah) (Strategic Workforce Analyst) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. 1 year experience in a similar field. Responsible for conducting workforce analysis in order to support strategic workforce planning across SANS, within defined KPIs, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.
2- Talent Acquisition Analyst. (Jeddah) (Talent Acquisition Analyst) - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent. 1 year experience in a similar field. Responsible for assisting under supervision in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for vacant positions and training opportunities at SANS.
3- Financial planning and budgeting analyst. (Jeddah) (Financial Planning & Budgeting Analyst) - Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance/Accounting. Responsible for executing the processes related to planning and budgeting, which includes budget initiation and budgeting, preparation, budget review and consolidation, termination and control and budget variance. The management is delivered accurately and in a timely manner within defined KPIs and agreed and approved budgets.
4- Environmental specialist. (Jeddah) (Environment Specialist) - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering. Responsible for providing preventive and corrective technical maintenance on site for problems, malfunctions or problems related to electrical, mechanical or civil installations in order to ensure safe and effective service delivery within defined key performance indicators, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.
5- Safety management system specialist. (Jeddah) (SMS Specialist) - Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management/Engineering. Responsible for assisting in the development and maintenance of the Safety Management System in order to ensure compliance with safety requirements within defined KPIs, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.
6- HR Support Services Analyst. (Jeddah) (HR Support Services Analyst) - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline. Negotiation and document management skills. Administrative reporting skills. - governmental relations. Responsible for implementing effective employee service management, manpower contract management, ticket management and maintaining employee records in order to ensure reliable and efficient operations within defined KPIs, agreed budgets, and approved policies and procedures.
7- Air Traffic Safety Electronics Technician (Eastern). (Air Traffic Safety Electronics Personnel - ATSEP) - Technical Diploma in Electrical / Computer / Communication / Science or equivalent. Possess a degree in at least one major (communication, navigation aids, monitoring, or automation). Good understanding of CNS-ATM systems. Responsible for providing level I and II site preventive and corrective maintenance of all communications, navigational aids, control and automation systems within the sector, including airports, remote sites and military bases in order to ensure that they are operating as expected.
